“Our driver was early and communicated well through WhatsApp. Smooth trip to the airport, which was much needed after 2 weeks of traveling. The van was large enough to fit our family of 6 and all our bags. Also we left a small bag in the van by accident and the driver found it and is returning it to us, which is so above and beyond! Thank you!!”

“Our driver met us on time at the waiting area with our name card, and loaded our luggage into a comfortable van. It was just the two of us and we were directly taken to our hotel in Dotonbori. We would definitely use this service again.”

“Our experience driver was on-time, communicated well with us and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.”

“Poor communication with drivers. Be prepared to find other forms of transportation. Called and texted. No response.”

“Great experience. Certainly takes all the stress away and well worth it. Best way to get to Kyoto from Osaka.”

“Excellent communication, arrived on time and kept in touch upon landing in KIX. We had no issues and arrived safely at our hotel in Osaka.”

“Very professional pickup. Driver was 15 mins early and helped with all the luggage. No issues with the ride and we arrived to the airport on time.”

“Worst experience and customer service. I booked a van for 8 pax and 8 luggage. The operator sent a van for 5 people and 2 suitcases at best. No effort to make it right. My kids had to take a separate taxi to the airport. The operation never got back when I complained. CRead more”

“The driver communicated well with us and he was on time. The ride was also smooth. The car was big enough to fit 5 luggage.”

“My driver was very nice! She contacted me prior to my arrival so I knew what to expect. She was on time waiting for me- I had no problem finding her. She was efficient in getting me from the airport to my hotel safely.”

“The driver texted us the night prior to confirm the trip. We texted him after landing and he gave us directions on how to find his van after clearing customs. It was very easy and he was waiting for us.”

“Horrible experience. Requested for a car seat - they had none upon arrival. My child had to sit on my lap for the whole ride which was uncomfortable and unsafe. Furthermore, upon arrival they demanded a 5000yen for “overtime”. I’ve already paid money for this, why are they charging more money? Horrible horrible, do not book here.”

“Very professional driver, highly recommend. My family used this service from our Osaka hotel to the airport for an early flight.”

“On time, professional service! I would recommand and definitely try their tour next time visiting Japan!”

“They were very reliable, on time service. They had great communication leading up to the airport transfer.”
